Fabric is a lightweight gauze like material Puff sleeves with ruffled cuffs Back zipper closure Belt loops with matching waist tie Ruffle detailing down the front Dress is lined Back of both sleeves are ripped. About 2” opening in belt tie seam. Could be sewn. I never attempted to sew to keep in original condition. Pinholes along hemline. Few light dots & line on slip which is hidden.
