Vintage Egg Coddler, Poacher, Aynsley Cottage Garden, Porcelain, England

This is a double/king size egg coddler by Aynsley in their "Cottage Garden" pattern. It has a pretty floral design with butterfly on it. Silver tone lid with handle screws on tight. To use, you butter the inside, place the raw unshelled egg or eggs in the coddler and place into a pan of boiling water for perfectly poached eggs. Measurements: This is a King/Double size: 3 1/4" tall (not including handle) x 2 5/8 diameter Condition: Very good with no flaws or damage.
