Marked as an X-Acto PowerHouse model 17xxx and 19xxx, made in China. Estimated date is early 2000s. In a blue plastic housing, with a black base and 3 pencil holder slots to the back. The blue has discoloured to a green on the top, back and one side. Otherwise small marks of age and use. It has 3 little grippy rubber feet (1 missing) Tested and works. North American plug with a touch of white paint to it, 120V 60Hz 20 AMPS. It´s quite heavy at almost 1 kg without packaging
