The front and one sleeve feature patches representing the Elk Valley Flying Club ( E.V.F.C.). Elk Valley is located in the heart of the Canadian Rocky Mountains, about 40 miles from the Montana and Alberta borders. The sleeve patch has the name WALLY on a small banner with wings.
