Vintage Ellgreave Burslem England Iridescent Lusterware Teapot Pearl Finish

A charming vintage teapot made by the famous Ellgreave Pottery Co. Ltd. of Burslem, England (a division of Wood & Sons).  This piece features a beautiful pearlized/opalescent iridescent luster finish that shimmers in the light, complemented by elegant gold trim/gilt accents on the spout, handle, and lid finial. Marked on the base "Ellgreave Burslem England" (or similar).  This is a wonderful example of classic English lusterware, perfect for a cottagecore kitchen, tea set collection, or vintage display.  Condition:  Good vintage condition there is a chip in the spout please examine photos carefully as they are part of the description of the item. As with many older lusterware pieces, there may be minor wear to the gold trim, particularly on the handle or spout.  Dimensions- Height 5 inches, DIameter at widest point 7 inches approx.
