Vintage Embellished Winter Hat

One of my favourites to date! Condition is great, but there are a few minor flaws that I believe could be removed with dry cleaning or just a plain old good stain remover (see photos for detailed condition but keep in mind that stains are quite small and therefore hard to find, use the zoom in feature if needed).
