Features: gorgeous vibrant floral embroidery on black felt fabric, perhaps Hungarian/Eastern European or Mexican folk wear/inspired, metal hook and eye clasp Material: ? not itchy, Measurements (flat lay, approx.): 19" chest, 23" length, 7.5" arm opening, probably best on size S or M, small/medium. Condition: GUC, a couple loose threads, minimal pilling, band has separated from main fabric body at right hook clasp and opened up on the inside in a couple spots, see pictures.
