Vintage Embroidered Table Linen

I received a large steamer trunk of linens that were my grans. I’ve kept dozens that I can/will use and I am looking to connect these with new owners to enjoy. I’m not sure if this would be considered a napkin or just draped on display?! It measures 13.5” x 19.5” One small callout is a super faint mark pictured 4 and same mark up close in pic 5
