Vintage Emerald Green Crushed Velvet Off Shoulder Dress

Vintage off shoulder emerald green crushed velvet dress. Left side slit with hole/damage at top, about 1" long. Surplice pleated neckline with gold coloured crescent moon shaped decoration. Boning in bodice. I thrifted this but unfortunately it is too small. Would make a great costume! The tag says 15/16 but that would be vintage sizing. Bust: ~19.5" Waist: ~16.5" Length: 54"
