No material & size tags, but fits like a small. Waist: 12.5" flat Hips: 17" flat Rise: 12.5-13" flat Length: 37.5" flat Great vintage condition. There is a little piece unstitched on the belt (see last picture). *The real color is more green than blue. Don't expect vintage and/or used items to look like new.
