Vintage Emma Domb dress. In a rich cream shade. It has a full length skirt. The over skirt has pleats that gives a beautiful drape. Deep V neckline. Wrist length sleeves. It would make a great wedding dress.
Emma Domb was an American designer specializing in formal wear from the 1940’s into the 1970’s.

Sleeve length is 25”
Full length from collar to hem is 56” apx
Waist is undefined. The gathers in the front are under the bust and so there isn’t a clear defined waist. The dress looks structured but overall its very fluid and flattering because of the pleats and gathers. The material of the top has stretch as well.

@michala1210 I measured at widest part, just below where the gathers start at V and it’s 13 1/4”. The narrower part. At the lowest part of the band is 11 1:2”
