Vintage Enamel Tray, Red with Stamped Starburst Design, Artisan Made Round Meta

This is an extraordinary enamel metal tray - it is bright flame red and some starburst designs have been stamped on in sage green and brown. The design repeats on the other side. There is a hole in the edge so you could put a string through it and hang this beautiful work on your wall. It is artisan-made and has some messy areas on the edges where the paint got on the edges. The piece is signed but I can't quite make it out. Appears to be Arte or Carte. Very sturdy metal with very little flex. Measurements: 14" Diameter, 3/4" tall. Condition: Minor wear consistent with the age of the piece. One area at the edge where the enamel has chipped a bit in the crease - see photo. There are a few splatters of white paint on the back - see photos.
