Vintage Encore Dress Gray Grey Black Red Striped New Wave 1980s 1990s 80s 90s Medium Large M L Puff Sleeves Secretary Vintage Encore Gray Grey Black Red Striped New Wave Dress from the 1980s or 1990s. It features four black plastic buttons at the shoulder, puff sleeves, elasticized cuffs, belt loops, a zipper in the back, and a full skirt. There is elastic at the waist, however it has lost it's elasticity/stretch. This could be replaced if desired but it hangs nicely as is. There is no size or material tag. The only flaw to note is two small spots near the back zipper where the stitching has come loose. It is not noticeable; you have to be looking for it.
