Vintage Ephemera Photograph Large Public Gathering Men Women Children 1920s/30s

Antique framed photograph of a large gathering of men, women & children in front of a building, from the 1920s or 1930s. There is a small photo clipping of a man inserted in the corner of the frame. Gold-tone frame has brass corners. Frame measures approx. 9 1/2" x 15 1/2". Wooden frame has heavy wear to gold-color plaster surface with multiple chips, cracks, scrapes. The entire length of left edge is missing gold-tone plaster.
