Vintage FW WOOLWORTH Country Ceramic Goose Duck with Flowers (Roses) and Ribbon Bow at Neck Imported from Taiwan and sold by F.W. Woolworth in Toronto - The first Woolworth store was opened by Frank Winfield Woolworth on February 22, 1879, as "Woolworth's Great Five Cent Store" in Utica, New York and expanded into Canada by 1907. The stores closed for good in July 1997. This ceramic goose was part of their country kitchen decor line. Cream with glaze - handpainted beak, feet and eyes Approx 9"X8"X4" Excellent condition with original sticker on bottom - see photos Will be packaged with extreme care.
