Vintage Fairset mid length button front skirt

Vintage mid length button front skirt. Size tag says 14, however fits more like an xs. I where a size 26 in jeans and it is too tight in the waist for me. Navy blue and white floral. Has pockets and some pleating. One flaw to not is some loose stitching at the back waist. It is only on the exterior layer (see photo)
