Vintage Fascinators Black and White Ribbon, Velvet and Netting Cute Small Hat

Two vintage fascinator hats. One is black with a velvet band and bow and one is shell pink/off white with a ribbon band and bow. They are in good vintage condition. The netting on the white hat does have a tear and the bows on both are a bit crumpled. There are bobby pins on each hat that I have left on as I didn't want to accidentally tear the netting. These would serve as a great base for a creative project, cosplay/costume or restoration. The diameter of the black hat is app 6 1/4", the white hat is app 6"
