Vintage Felt Hat With Feathers

Vibrant vintage feather hat with shades of brown, blue, and gold. Hat is felt, covered with large feathers. Some soiling on the inner part as noted in pics. Small spot on bottom rim area on the felt (see last pic). Very beautiful and unique vintage find!
