emmmavitoria why is proof of authenticity extra if there's no refunds or returns?

rosiemahmoudi @emmmavitoria we already put our pieces through a rigorous examination to determine authenticity we charge an extra fee if someone wants more authentication from a third party (which would come in a certificate form) it has nothing to do with returns/ exchanges it is just not offered since every piece is vintage and unique! We also make sure someone is 100% set before purchasing by providing more pics and info :)
