Vintage Fenton Grecian Gold / Marigold #735 ½-lb Footed Candy Dish (No Lid) — c. 1920s
This beautiful pre-Depression Fenton Art Glass footed candy dish features the classic early Grecian Gold / Marigold carnival finish, produced in the 1920s. Originally sold as the #735 ½-lb Covered Candy Jar, this example is missing the lid, but still displays exceptionally well as a pedestal compote, centerpiece, or elevated candy/nut dish.
The piece shows Fenton’s early iridescence beautifully — rich marigold tones with rainbow highlights, a paneled optic-style interior, and a clear pressed glass foot. The form and color are classic early Fenton before their later Depression-era catalog offerings.
