petiteshopperxs Hi. I'd like to help you figure out what size these are to see if they might fit me or my daughter. Years ago I sold shoes at Saks 5th Ave in California, so I'm familiar with Ferragamo sizing. These are marked a 4D, which is a 4 wide. But this may not be U.S./Canada sizing but UK sizing, which would make these a 7.5 in our sizing.

petiteshopperxs To figure out the size, measure the inner liner of the shoe from heel to toe with a soft measuring tape or (if you don't have a flexible measuring tape) with a piece of string which you then compare to a ruler to see how many inches or centimetres it is.
