Vintage Fil À Fil Winter Coat

1990s fil à fil charcoal navy full length winter coat, lined w/ thick flannel in olive green Very warm Removable hood Great leather detailing in the armpits Some imperfections and signs of wear, but in great vintage condition Comes w/ a small epaulette-like mystery piece w/ 2 button holes in it, as shown in photos (absolutely NO IDEA what it’s for or where it’s supposed to go 🤷🏻‍♀️ Size says 38, but I would say it’s quite a large medium
