Vintage Filigree Caduceus Nurse Book Photo Locket Pendant

A vintage Nurse photo locket. It appears to be made of an old filigree pot metal material. There is also a medical caduceus symbol on the front. The outside is ornate. The inside opens up to hold small photos. There is currently 2 older photographs inside. It measures 1 1/4" x 1".
