Vintage Flamenco Style Full Skirt

A gorgeous vintage find!! The piece looks to be handmade in Florida. Double lace trim and piping in red. Panelling with black fabric and a really beautiful pattern with both florals and geometric shapes. Particularly beautiful shades of blue and teal. Great movement to the skirt- a flirty look! Elastic waistband that measures 25” with tons of stretch. Small but could also fit a Medium. Length: 21”.
