Vintage Floral Peasant Dress

Super flattering, excellent condition, feminine summer dress that is easily 20 years old, very high quality. Has cap sleeves and smocked full elastic empire waist. Size tag has been removed. I am a M/8 and it’s a little big on me, could easily fit large or 10. I am 5’8 for reference. Purchased from Stitches. Measurements: 32 inches long and 15.5 inches underarm to underarm laying flat.
