Vintage Floral Polka Dot Short Sleeve Blouse

This vintage short sleeve blouse is made of a navy-blue fabric that has small beige flower clusters surrounded by white polka dots. The blouse has a hidden button front closure, but the best and most surprising thing about this blouse is the pleats at the shoulders and the pleats towards the bottom.
