Amazing vintage dress by <UNKNOWN>. No tags. Would fit Size L/XL (14 in vintage is probably a 10/12 modern). Lots of stretch. Likely polyester and slightly sheer (as seen in photo). Great condition. Rare, adorable neckline. Has hanger straps and tiny belt loops, but does not come with belt (can be worn with or without).

yougottamovethi @bananazoo Sure! Laying flat it's about 18 5" across bust, length from top of shoulder (on hanger) to bottom is about 39. 5" and hips are hard since its super flowy but spread out laying flat the skirt at the hip area is about 26" flat.

yougottamovethi @cindyannebeck The waist is 16" across and entirely elastic, so it is super stretchy. Adding photos of the front and back. It's a little sheer, so I always wore nude or black coloured undergarments.
