Vintage Flower Girl Dress

Darling Vintage Flower Girl dress, circa 1968, fabrics unknown, bodice is a dark green velvet/ velveteen style fabric, skirt has a sheer overlay. Worn by a four year old child, see approximate measurements in pictures for sizing. Front waist fabric has separated under the belt, where the bodice joins the skirt. This was hand made by a seamstress, so there are no brand tags. According to charts, this would be about a size 3 or 4, or extra small girls, but as it was hand made, this is my best guess.
