Gorgeous handmade vintage dress with 1980s styling! Short puff sleeves and v waistline with full skirt. Skirt hem is at or above the knee depending on height of the wearer. Condition is very good. It has some imperfections due to being handmade (loose threads, uneven seams) The fabric is bright and colourful - no fading, stains or rips. Likely cotton.
