Vintage Green Formal Dress for Special Occasions This simple yet formal dress is lined and features a slightly gathered layer of tulle near the bottom and nice wide shoulder straps ( great for wearing a bra!). It was most likely made in the 1990s or early 2000s but could easily be styled for a 1950s retro look if worn with vintage jewelry and accessories.
