Vintage Framed Catholic Pennant Flag Papal Visit 1984

An old framed Catholic pennant flag featuring a blue Fleur De Lys on a white background with yellow fringes. Unsure of what it is I asked my priest and he said that it was most likely made for the Pope's visit back to Quebec back in 1984 (Pope John Paul II). The frame -note the cover is plastic rather than glass- is 19 1/2" by 13 1/2". The frame is 15 3/4" in width and 12 3/4" tall.
