Vintage Framed Catholic Processional Flag Sacred Heart Carillon

An old framed Catholic processional flag that I was told is from the 1950s. It is the "Carillon Sacre Coeur" type, celebrating both the sacred heart and Quebec (a version of the flag less the sacred heart has been the official flag of Quebec as of 1948); it was originally created by a priest in 1902. This flag does have some wear as in the photos. The frame is 15 3/4" in width and 12 3/4" tall.
