Vintage Framed Needlework, Miniature Embroidery Landscape Needlepoint

This is a small framed embroidered landscape art work of a white building with a tower in the center against a blue sky with small white clouds; green fields in the foreground; trees; and water just beyond the building. It is fine needlepoint with complex shading that makes a charming scene for any setting and its small size means it fills in any awkward spaces. It is matted and framed behind glass in a mahogany colored and gilt wooden frame. The frame's outer dimensions are 5 1/2 x 7 inches and the art itself is 2 x 2 3/4 inches. It had been paperbacked at one point but this was removed by a previous owner.
