Vintage Francoise Bouthillier tea dress

You can tell this dress is vintage because of the velvet buttons and the shoulder pads :) The buttons do all the way up the back, and around the wrists. Beautiful floral pattern and a nice underlay to give it flair. There is also a velvet sash that ties up around the waist. Size 6 - 110 cm
