Vintage Frederick Kelly Colourful Spotted Blouse!

Another one I purchased for myself but haven’t found the balls to wear yet! Such a one-of-a-kind vintage piece! Brand: Frederick Kelly Size: 9/10 Features! - One big, beautiful black button at the bust, followed by two hidden closure buttons below! - Funky pattern with various colours! - Shoulder pads still intact! - Soft & light fabric! Material: 100% Polyester APPROXIMATE MEASUREMENTS (laying flat) PTP: 21” Waist: 19.5” Length: 20.5” Condition: Excellent vintage condition! The material is doing some weird sticky thing in some spots, but is easily pulled apart! There is also slight staining in one armpit, though it’s so slight the camera doesn’t even pick it up (photo attached).
