Vintage Frederick's of Hollywood black velvet dress Light weight velvet fabric with no stretch (no fabric or size tags) Some areas of the velvet look worn in photos, but it's just the fibers that have been flattened in a certain direction. Some light steaming could probably fix this. There is also a little safety pin on straps at the front where they cross over to hold them better in place, as well as one small area of wear to lining as pictured in 3rd photo.
