Hello! Just a couple of questions...is this a dress or a shirt? And does it fit like an XS....sometimes FB clothes fit bigger.

@hdkitty77 it fits like an xs all - fitted on top and looser after the chest (like a babydoll fit). It’s a tunic style - not a dress but a longer shirt. Cute with leggings
