Vintage French Silver Amethyst Ring SZ 6.5

A lovely silver and amethyst ring with a surrounding halo of marcasites, made in France It has the Hallmark of a crab, which replaced the Wild Boar’s head in 1962 (800 silver) as well as a maker’s mark in a lozenge mark, both on the outer shank. Size 6.5 5/8” across the top 4.1 grams No missing marcasites The Amethyst has a few soft facet lines when viewed with a loupe. No chips or cracks or anything visible to the naked eye.
