All leather with suede lining at collar and cuffs Does up with one button - button is missing but can easily be sewn on Fully lined. - note slight flaw in lining as per photo Lengh from pit to bottom 33 inches Pit to pit- 22 inches Across waist - 21 inches Size -not marked but I would say M
