Vintage Balloon Fun one of a kind Skirt. Handmade Stitch with sequins and eyelet Im not sure of the fabric but this is thick fabric like petticoat feel. Has a silky lining Zips and hook in the side. Has small imperfection in the fabric at the back but not that obvious at it blends with the vibe. In great vintage condition
