Vintage ‘Functionals Collection’ floral pleated midi skirt

This skirt is so swishy and light it would look amazing over a bodysuit or a one-piece bathing suit on vacation. Could dress it up with a blazer or dress it down with a jean jacket. The pleated construction is really flattering and it floats away from the body in all the right places. 100% polyester. Silky feel. Made in Canada. Size: S-L as the waistband does have quite a bit of stretch. The elastic at the waistband shows some signs of wear as it’s kind of folded inside but the elastic still has lots of life left.
