Vintage Garfield Picture Frame On the Beach Cat Photo Frame Taiwan ROC

This picture frame is pre-owned and in used condition. There is some marks and wear on the frame. There are some scratches on the glass part, there is one very noticeable one but it cannot be seen once inside the frame. Please see all photos for exact item.  The frame itself is approximately 7" x 5 1/2" The picture size from the outside is 5" x 3"
