This is a coffee cup and saucer from the Garmisch Recreation Area (the official name of the city being Garmisch-Partenkirchen), an area in Bavaria, Germany known for world-class skiing. It is a heavy restaurantware set, so it likely originated from one of the ski lodge restaurants. It has a mountain scene with pastel flowers flanking it, and a the same motif is repeated around the border of the saucer. It is made by Heinrich of Bavaria, Germany.
Measurements: 2 1/4" tall x 3" diameter across opening. Saucer diameter is 5 3/4"
Condition: Some wear to the finish, especially on the rim. No chips.
