Not perfect butreally great condition especially for the age and hardly any real wear if you want perfection then new heels would be good but can probably wait another 9-12 months depending how much you want to wear them. Quality boots I just have another 35 pairs and some have to gom according to the wife it's boots or her and while that's tempting it's cheaper to let the boots go!
