Vintage c. 80s Bel Mondo was based out of West Germany. This is a warmer or trivet or a candle 🕯️ holder. Best to use a tea light as intended. Or have a plan if you are trying out a different style of candle like a votive or pillar. A beautiful design with the classic European or Scandinavian ' ice look ' in glassware. This refracts light and easily adds ambiance to a dining room setting. I read this design was inspired by tree roots. Approx measurements 6 inch diameter 2 1/2 inches tall 2 kilograms ( heavy) In excellent pre-owned vintage condition. No notable flaws. See photos.
