Vintage Girls Floral Dress with Tulle & Bib Collar (90’s)

Vintage Girls Floral Dress with Tulle & Bib Collar. Dress is in excellent condition. Tulle has a gold trim. Dress is from the 90’s. Size tag and brand tag have been cut out. Was hand washed and air dried. Was stored in a cedar chest. Length is 29.5” inches. Waist is 12” inches. I was approximately 5 or 6 years old when I wore this.
