Vintage Girl's Green A-Line Dress 1960s

Adorable little girl's a-line dress from the 1960s. Split front, sleeveless, zips up the back. Made in Canada by Young at Heart. Solid green fabric with a raised texture. I don't know the material - it is not soft. One small stain on the flap of the faux belt as shown. Minor piling. Suitable for a young child, probably 4-6 years old? Measurements, all taken with dress lying flat: - Shoulder to shoulder 12" - pit to pit 13.25" - waist 13.5" (where the faux belt is) - bottom hem 20.5" wide - total dress length 24.5"
