Vintage Girls Green Nightgown Size 10

Vintage nightgown or slip for a young girl. Pretty light green color with off white / cream lace details. Tag reads Cindy Sue by Jack Miller and is marked as a size 10. The style looks more like it was intended for adults but it is very small and came with a lot of vintage girl's clothing. Strap shoulders with about a 6" sleeve opening. The dress is 10" across at the bust where the lace is, so about 20" around, but it does have some stretch. Total length 25.5". It is in excellent vintage condition with no stains or damage, and appears minimally worn. I do not know what type of fabric it is.
