Vintage Girls Yellow Sleeveless Halter Dress with Bow Size 3

Vintage nightgown, halter or slip dress for a young girl. Pretty light yellow color with off white / cream lace details including a pretty bow on the chest. Tag reads Palmers and is marked as a size 3. The style looks more like it was intended for adults but it is very small and came with a lot of vintage girl's clothing. Strap shoulders with about a 6" sleeve opening. The dress is 13" across under the bust where the seam is, so about 26" around. Total length 24". It is in excellent vintage condition with no stains or damage, and appears minimally worn. I do not know what type of fabric it is.
