Delicate gold chain necklace with heart pendant. Sapphire gemstone, September birthstone. Vintage 1980’s. Chain has a small spot near the clasp where the links are a bit bent (pictured) the result of taking out a bad knot. I believe this is real gold (acid tested) but I’m not sure of the karat. kaliklatt @duchessthepug I don’t, I’ve has this ever since I was a baby. I don’t remember where it came from but I’ve tested the gold and it’s real, unsure about the stone.
